Flourishing Flowers

Ages 2

Two-year-olds are learning so much so fast — new words, new friendships, new feelings. Our Flourishing Flowers classroom wraps all that growth in warm routines and a space where it's safe to try, stumble, and try again.

Teachers partner closely with families on milestones like growing vocabulary, self-care steps, and first friendships.

What we focus on

  • Language-rich activities — stories, songs, and conversation all day
  • Fine motor play through art, sensory bins, and building
  • Early social skills: sharing, taking turns, asking for help
  • Gentle steps toward independence — hand-washing, tidying up
  • Emotional foundations through calm, responsive caregiving

Successful Succulents

3 Year Old Room

Threes and fours are becoming real thinkers. This classroom channels their natural curiosity into guided play, group projects, and activities that build the confidence to keep exploring.

Consistent peer groups help children learn how to navigate friendships and be part of a classroom community.

What we focus on

  • Pre-literacy: letter awareness, phonics play, and storytelling
  • Early math through counting, sorting, patterns, and games
  • Creative arts, music, and expressive movement
  • Critical thinking through open-ended questions and discovery

Rising Roots

Pre-K · TK Prep · Ages 4 – 5

Kindergarten is closer than it seems. Our Pre-K program prepares children academically, socially, and emotionally — so they walk into their first day of school feeling ready and proud.

Learning moves between whole-group lessons, small-group work, and independent practice to mirror the rhythms of elementary school.

What we focus on

  • Reading foundations: letter sounds, sight words, and early writing
  • Number sense, patterns, and beginning math reasoning
  • Science and problem-solving through hands-on projects
  • Independent work habits and listening skills
  • Emotional readiness: resilience, self-regulation, and confidence

Weekly Enrichment Classes

Dance, soccer, and music, right here at school.

We bring trusted enrichment teachers to PLA every week, so your child can dance, kick a ball, and make music without you adding another stop to your day. No racing across town after work and no giving up your weekends: your child joins the class at school, alongside friends and teachers they already know.

Optional add-on classes. Enrichment classes are taught by outside providers at an additional cost and are not included in monthly tuition. Families sign up and pay directly with each provider; the office can point you to the right sign-up.
